Join our team as a Training Manager
Based out of our Knoxville, Tennessee, Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Island Campus, you will be a key driver in the growth of our dealer network and overall business. You will lead dealer training programs and internal skill development initiatives, ensuring our dealer network and internal teams are equipped to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities of our Training Manager include :
- Dealer Onboarding : Organize and manage monthly new dealer training events, including logistics, speaker coordination, and participant readiness.
- Sales Training : Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) for dealers on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and market trends.
- Master Classes : Develop and lead advanced training classes for current dealers to refine their business strategies and operational skills.
- Internal Training : Design and execute training programs for internal sales and leadership teams to enhance their skill sets.
- Needs Assessment : Evaluate both internal and dealer training needs, creating new programs to address any gaps.
- Training Materials Development : Create and maintain training manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support ongoing education.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
