Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Roseburg, OR. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients to promote mobility, function, and overall well-being. The role involves providing rehabilitation services, working with families to create home care strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and adjust therapy plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the clinic’s mission of improved pediatric outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy with strong knowledge of Rehabilitation practices
- Experience in Patient Care and Home Care treatment planning
- Background in Medicine or related healthcare disciplines
- Ability to work with pediatric populations to address unique therapy needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach, with a commitment to improving outcomes for children
- Prior experience in a pediatric or outpatient setting is a plus
