This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at our clinic in Roseburg, OR. The role involves assisting in the administration of occupational therapy treatments, supporting rehabilitation plans, and providing patient care to help children improve functional skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team to develop and implement therapy programs and may assist in home care initiatives as needed.
- Experience with Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to support therapy treatments and recovery goals
- Strong Patient Care skills to provide compassionate and effective therapeutic services to children
- Knowledge of Program Development to assist with creating and implementing therapy interventions
- Understanding of Home Care to support therapy needs outside the clinic setting
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with pediatric therapy is preferred
