Admissions Counselor and Summer Staff

• Conduct outreach to prospective families via phone, email, web, social media, and in-person events.
• Meet enrollment goals using effective sales and relationship-building strategies.
• Manage applicants from inquiry through enrollment and maintain admissions tracking.
• Interview and evaluate students, making admissions decisions that support an inclusive campus community.
Collaborate with Admissions, Programs, Student Financial Aid, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams.

• Live on campus for one week of orientation four weeks of student programming.
• Serve in a role aligned with your skills (student life, programming, or operations).
Execute campus responsibilities determined prior to program start.

• Contribute ideas for improving programming and recruitment.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education, youth programming, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and a “make-it-happen” mindset.

• Required on-campus residency during summer program.
• Occasional evenings/weekends.
• Domestic travel for recruitment.
