Position Summary:
Lead a team who work on a wide variety of general facility maintenance, repair and upkeep tasks throughout the property, focusing on all Park buildings as well as grounds.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise receipt and completion of revenue and general Maintenance Requests (MRs) as required
- Identify and ensure that all materials and tools are available at job sites as required by the HVAC, General Maintenance or Maintenance Utility technicians in order to complete MRs
- Inspect and ensure that all MRs are completed as planned
- Ensure that Maintenance team is following the daily designated work plan and manage the flow of work orders
- Ensure that the General Manager is apprised, on a daily basis, of the status of all ongoing projects
- Tasks may include painting, carpentry, plumbing, mowing, landscaping and other related jobs
- Assist on assigned maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings and associated facilities, furnishings and equipment
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in problem resolution as needed
- Capable of independent “hands on repairs” in all maintenance disciplines
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Basic to Intermediate computer skill level to include Word and Excel
- Demonstrate skill in the use of tools, materials and equipment common to maintenance and repair
- Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated platforms or catwalks, crawl spaces, tunnels, ledges and roofs
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must have a valid driver license to operate vehicles throughout property
