Your Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve delivery and collaboration
- Support backlog refinement and work breakdown with product owners and stakeholders
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and support broader Agile initiatives
- Promote Agile values and principles across the organization
- Ensure delivery of high-quality criminal justice solutions aligned with business goals
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven success working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with Agile product management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with software development delivery processes
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Agile-related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe
- Experience in government or public sector environments
- Exposure to criminal justice or law enforcement technology solutions
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience)
- Agile certifications preferred (CSM, SAFe, etc.)

Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $90,000–$110,000 annually or $52–$62 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
