Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Orange, CA. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to facilitate property buying, selling, and investing. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, marketing real estate listings, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role also requires maintaining knowledge of current market trends and regulations to provide expert advice and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License to practice in California
- Demonstrable experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
- Proficiency with real estate listing platforms and tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Orange, CA, and Inland Empire real estate markets is preferred
