Monthly Pay Day Meals & Company Socials!Job Type : Full TimeLocation : New York, New YorkPay : Competitive Pay & Benefits!Job Description What you will be doing:Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various event and marketing needs.Create impactful 2D assets across all touchpoints, including event branding, digital graphics, print collateral, presentations, signage, and environmental graphics.Work closely with 3D designers to integrate 2D graphics and branding into event environments.Design high-impact, persuasive pitch decks and new business proposals.Support the development and application of visual branding and identity elements.Collaborate with the creative director, project managers, and production teams for seamless execution.Assist in client presentations and incorporate feedback effectively.Stay updated with industry trends in graphic design, typography, materials, and technologies.Experience you will need:4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, events, or experiential marketing setting.A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, typography, brand application, digital design, and print design.Experience with event collateral or proposal decks is highly desirable.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).High proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Figma) or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.Proven ability to work alongside other creatives, including 3D designers, copywriters, and creative directors.Strong aesthetic sensibilities, and ability to think creatively and strategically both autonomously and with a team.Solid understanding of print production processes and digital design principles.Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.Proactive and adaptable individual who can troubleshoot design challenges.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively under tight deadlines.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
