This is a great opportunity for attorneys who enjoy direct client interaction, regular court appearances, and meaningful responsibility over cases from inception through trial and appeal. Those with interest in municipal liability or Section 1983 litigation may expand their practice within the firm.What You’ll Do:Handle in-person court appearances in state and federal courts throughout the NYC metro areaManage auto and premises liability cases from start to finish, including motion practice and appealsConduct and defend depositions and negotiate settlementsCommunicate regularly with clients, carriers, and claims representativesTrack billable hours and contribute to firm goalsOptional involvement in municipal liability and coverage mattersExperience You’ll Need:Minimum 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience in New York StateAdmission to the New York State Bar (Federal Bar admission a plus)Must be comfortable with depositions, motion practice, and court appearancesStrong writing, advocacy, and litigation skillsWhy Join: Join a respected litigation firm offering career-building trial exposure and a collaborative work culture.
