This onsite role offers hands-on deal work, close collaboration with attorneys, and long-term growth opportunities, plus competitive pay, strong benefits, and paid parking in a secured downtown garage.What You’ll DoSupport attorneys on commercial real estate deals from opening to closingDraft and review deeds, mortgages, financing documents, UCC filings, and entity documentsReview title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, estoppels, and due diligence packagesCoordinate with lenders, agencies, surveyors, environmental consultants, and outside counselManage closing checklists, timelines, documentation, and project trackingResolve title issues and assist with complex multi-party closingsPrepare diligence submissions for investors, lenders, and housing agenciesForm LLCs, partnerships, corporations, and prepare organizational recordsMaintain electronic and physical files and support overall deal flowCommunicate with clients and stakeholders to keep transactions movingWho You Are5 years as a commercial real estate paralegal handling sophisticated transactionsSkilled in drafting, reviewing, and organizing complex real estate documentationStrong understanding of title review, survey analysis, UCC filings, and entity formationExcellent project management across multiple simultaneous dealsDetail-driven communicator who thrives in a collaborative onsite environmentProficient with legal research tools, title and closing software, and Microsoft OfficeBonus: experience in affordable housing, agency work, or large-firm real estate practiceOur client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
