Job Description SummaryProvide daily one-on-one support for a bright, high-functioning student with mild learning delays and ADHD tendencies. This role focuses on maintaining focus, structure, and engagement throughout the school day while collaborating with teachers and specialists in a positive, inclusive classroom environment.What You’ll DoSupport one student throughout the school day (~8:15 AM–3:30 PM, school-year schedule).Reinforce classroom and therapy strategies for focus, organization, and self-regulation.Apply positive reinforcement and ABA-informed techniques to sustain engagement.Assist with transitions, routines, and peer interactions.Record brief daily notes on progress and key observations.Communicate regularly with teachers and parents for consistent support.Contribute to a calm, structured, and inclusive learning space.Experience You’ll NeedBackground supporting students with learning or attention challenges.Understanding of ABA methods or behavioral support techniques.Reliable, patient, and adaptable approach throughout the day.Experience as an RBT, behavioral therapist, or SPED paraprofessional preferred.Familiarity with OT, speech therapy, or related developmental programs a plus.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
