ABOUT US
ExpertCPG Commerce is an Amazon-focused digital marketing agency that helps growth-oriented brands reach more customers on Amazon and beyond. We're a fast-growing, fully remote company, and we believe our team is our single greatest asset. We're hiring a Brand Manager to own client relationships and grow the accounts they manage.
This role is fully location-independent. You can work from anywhere in the US, as long as your hours align with 8 AM to 5 PM Central.

You'll work closely with our Director of Strategy, alongside a team of Brand Managers and Marketplace Specialists who serve as our resident Amazon platform experts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll start by getting oriented: learning our culture, services, platforms, and tools; building relationships with the team and key stakeholders; sitting in on client strategy calls and audit reviews; working through training; and picking up your first client responsibilities.
From there, you'll get aligned on your clients' goals, take care of issues as they come up, communicate directly and confidently, finish your training and certifications, and lead on additional accounts.
Fully ramped, you'll be running your accounts end to end: leading strategy calls, building and executing client growth strategies, managing advertising campaigns and performance, tracking effectiveness through analytics and acting on what you find, and running semi-annual business reviews.
We've built this as a structured ramp, but it can move faster for the right person. Given an immediate need on the team, a candidate who's ready to take on accounts early will have the room to do so.
HOW WE WORK
Beyond the Amazon fundamentals you already bring, you'll get deep on the things specific to how we operate: our process for driving initiatives and resolving client issues, how client break-even margins drive advertising goals and performance, inventory forecasting and replenishment for FBA, and what an optimized Amazon presence really looks like.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years managing Amazon accounts, ideally agency-side, with hands-on Seller Central experience
- Running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns and managing spend against ACoS or TACoS targets
- Comfort reading the numbers, break-even margins, reporting, and acting on what they tell you
- The judgment to act as a strategic advisor, not an order taker, and push back on a client when it's the right call
- Someone who manages their own time and takes ownership without being chased
- A sharp, curious thinker who asks questions and keeps learning
- A dependable, organized team player
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $80,000 base salary
