Our adult day program focuses on building independence, developing life skills, and encouraging community involvement through structured activities and personalized support. We operate Monday through Friday in a welcoming, inclusive environment where every individual is valued and supported in reaching their goals.
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our staff as Direct Care Workers. In this role, you will support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by assisting with daily personal care, participating in community outings, and facilitating skill-building and recreational activities. This is an active position that requires comfort being on your feet and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
This position offers flexible daytime hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM), a starting wage of $16.00/hour, and opportunities for growth within the organization. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off.
Qualifications include:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
