Beverage Promotions- Brand Ambassador

In this role, you will drive customer interest through in-person product sampling and promotion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and can create a memorable customer experience that encourages product awareness and strengthens sales.

Staffing & Availability:
This role offers flexible, event-based scheduling. By offering your availability in advance, events are scheduled and staffed based on that availability.

Individual events are typically 3 hours in duration, with tasting events taking place within these windows.

• Fridays 3-6pm or 4-7pm
• Saturdays 12-3pm or 1-4pm and 3-6pm or 4-7pm
• Sundays 12-3pm or 1-4pm
• Thursdays 4-7pm

Brand Ambassadors who provide availability during these peak days and time frames—will have greater access to consistent event opportunities. Preference is given to those with Friday and/or Saturday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling events in retail stores, events, or public venues
• Educate customers on product features, ingredients, and benefits in a clear and appealing way
• Represent the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
• Actively engage with consumers to generate interest, encourage sampling and product purchase
• Collect customer feedback and data to enhance marketing strategies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing demonstration area
• Fill out required consumer feedback, enter consumer data and upload event photos to the event recap by the designated Sunday deadline.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Have superb communication and presentation skills
• Have an outgoing personality with confidence in engaging and connecting with customers
• Have the ability to learn new info, speak informatively, up-sell and promote
• Have the ability to complete and timely submit the event recaps in our online platform, upload photos, and communicate consumer feedback in the form of a well written paragraph.
• Have a strong work ethic, be dependable and reliable
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be at least 21 years old to apply

Previous experience in promotions, sales, education,or consumer engagement is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills:

• Sales or upselling experience is a plus
• Ability to memorize product details and deliver consistent messaging
• Consumer engagement

Working Conditions:

• Primarily conducted in retail liquor stores, supermarkets, or event environments
• Customer-facing environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$90 per completed event (3 hour tasting)
