Job Title: Beverage Promotion- Brand Ambassador - Greater Boston area

Job Summary:
We are seeking engaging and energetic Beverage Promotion Brand Ambassadors  to represent new and existing alcoholic brands in the Greater Boston area- Danvers, Everett, Burlington, Waltham, Natick, Dedham, Braintree, South Bay etc.

In this role you will drive customer interest through in-person product sampling and promotion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and can create a memorable customer experience that encourages product awareness and sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling events in retail stores, events, or public venues
• Educate customers on product features, ingredients, and benefits in a clear and appealing way
• Represent the brand in a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
• Actively engage with consumers to generate interest, encourage sampling and product purchase
• Collect customer feedback and data to enhance marketing strategies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing demonstration area
• Fill out required consumer feedback, enter consumer data and upload event photos to the event recap by the designated Sunday deadline.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Have superb communication and presentation skills
• Have an outgoing personality with confidence in engaging and connecting with customers
• Have the ability to learn new info, speak informatively, up-sell and promote
• Have the ability to complete and timely submit the event recaps in our online platform, upload photos, and communicate consumer feedback in the form of a well written paragraph.
• Have a strong work ethic, be dependable and reliable
• Must have your own transportation
• Must be at least 21 years old to apply

Scheduling & Availability:
This role offers flexible, event-based scheduling. By submitting your availability in advance, events are scheduled and staffed based on that availability.

Most tasting events take place during the following peak windows:

• Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Fridays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Sundays: 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Individual events are typically 3 hours in duration, with shift times assigned within these windows.

Demonstrators who provide availability during peak days—especially weekends and late afternoons/evenings—will have greater access to consistent event opportunities.

Previous experience in promotions, sales, education,or consumer engagement is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Sales or upselling experience
• Ability to memorize product details and deliver consistent messaging
• Product demonstrations or promotions

Working Conditions:

• Primarily conducted in retail package stores, supermarkets, trade shows, or event environments
• Customer-facing environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$90 per completed event  (3 hour tasting)
