Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the front counter with purchasing outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, walk behind mowers, and zero-turn mowers
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs
- Sell parts and accessories, helping customers find the correct items for their equipment
- Act as a service advisor by assisting customers with repair inquiries, service scheduling, and basic troubleshooting guidance
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly attitude in all interactions
- Help manage and organize inventory, including stocking and tracking products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom and workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (outdoor equipment experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn about outdoor power equipment and parts
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and service orders
