For nearly five decades customers have trusted this team with their vehicles because they know they’ll get straightforward answers, quality work, and people who genuinely care about doing the right thing.
We are looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a steady, professional shop where customers come back year after year.
Pay
$70,000 – $90,000 per year depending on experience
Performance bonuses based on hours billed and gross profit
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

What You'll Do
Communicate with customers about their vehicle concerns and needs
Review inspections and repair recommendations with technicians
Present repair options clearly and honestly so customers can make informed decisions
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Help maintain an organized workflow and schedule
Build long-term relationships with customers
Tools and Technology
Protractor shop management system
iPads and phones for communication
Mitchell and Identifix resources
Technical support lines and diagnostic databases
Digital vehicle inspections currently being implemented
What We're Looking For
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers
Strong communication and listening skills
Organized and detail oriented
Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks throughout the day
Experience as a service advisor is preferred
