Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Senior Business Analyst focused on Distributed Energy Services (DES) and related platforms (CPMS, PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, Pega Cloud).
- Lead enterprise requirements gathering by working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SDDs, SOPs, user guides, and traceability matrices.
- Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system application functionalities, providing resolution support.
- Support release management including UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel (Power Query/Pivot) to validate requirements and reporting needs.
- Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies, using Jira or Azure DevOps for project tracking.
- Work with developers on AI/AgenticAI/GenAI related initiatives.
- Possess experience with all aspects of PEGA/PEGA Cloud development, platform management, and performance optimization.
