Job Summary – Sr Corporate FP&A Manager (Fremont, CA)
- Serve as primary financial partner for all US-based corporate functions.
- Work closely with VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Lead and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Oversee global financial consolidation and executive reporting.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain advanced forecasting, budgeting, and 3-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior functional leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Support corporate FP&A activities in a public company environment, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
- Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning (administrative experience strongly preferred) and advanced Excel for financial analysis.
- Apply manufacturing industry experience to financial planning and analysis processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to senior management.
- Work onsite in Fremont, CA, 5 days per week.
- Participate in a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement (no visa sponsorship available).
