- Oversee remote project execution and site validations using video conferencing platforms.
- Track project dependencies, material shortages, risks, action items, and deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Lead discussions, escalate risks, and influence stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication.
- Adapt to changing business priorities, fluctuating workloads, and provide occasional after-hours support as needed.
- Operate autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting (basic to intermediate proficiency required).

- Experience with construction coordination, store build-outs, or field-based project execution is preferred.
- Familiarity with budget tracking, forecasting, and project financial management is beneficial.
