Job Details:Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hourNumber of Positions: 3Shift: 1st ShiftSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–1:30 PMFriday, 4:00 AM–8:00 AMKey Responsibilities:Load, unload, and move materials as needed.Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.Operate hand tools (benders, pliers, snips, shears, etc.) and machinery such as forklifts.Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.Assist Sheet Metal Operators and follow instructions from supervisors or lead personnel.Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions.Select appropriate sheet metal based on blueprints and project plans.Measure, mark, and cut sheet metal according to specifications.Skills & Abilities:Familiarity with tools and machinery.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to safety procedures.Ability to meet physical demands of the job.Understanding of industry safety standards.Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 25 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for long periods.Physical strength, stamina, and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
