Job Title: Product Cleaner

Pay: $18.00/hr (Firm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Cleaner to inspect and prepare finished garments before shipment. This role is responsible for ensuring each product meets quality standards by cleaning, inspecting, and reporting any defects prior to packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve finished garments from production and stage them in the cleaning area.
• Verify each garment matches the sales order and traveler, including size, monogram, material type, garment length, trim color, and accessories.
• Inspect garments for stains, dust, loose threads, stitching issues, and other visible defects.
• Trim loose threads using scissors.
• Clean collars, vests, skirts, and other garment surfaces using approved cleaning materials.
• Document quality concerns in the Shop Floor application and communicate issues to the Assembly Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company quality standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, garment handling, or quality inspection is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and production processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
