Local CDL-A Truck Driver – Home Daily
TBM Carriers | Indianapolis, IN
Two Openings | Full-Time, W-2 or 1099| Permanent Position
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for recurring regional routes based in Indianapolis.
Pay & Benefits
- $1,500 guaranteed minimum gross weekly pay under the company’s compensation policy.
- $0.60 per authorized loaded and empty mile when mileage pay exceeds the weekly guarantee.
- Weekly pay every Friday.
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, life and disability insurance, subject to plan terms.
Routes & Equipment
- Expected to return home daily.
- Occasional overnight assignments with company-paid hotels.
- Routes generally begin and end at the Indianapolis terminal and may cover an approximately 200-mile radius.
- Recurring lanes; schedules and mileage vary with operational needs.
- 53-foot dry van trailers and late-model tractors.
- Paid mileage is based on authorized lane mileage and may differ from GPS or odometer mileage.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and current DOT Medical Card.
- At least two years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Experience with 53-foot dry vans.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Availability for background screening, drug testing, and a driving test.
- Flexibility for occasional overnight assignments and weekend work.

The company coordinates and pays for airfare to the assigned terminal for orientation, a driving test, and equipment pickup before your first dispatch back to Indianapolis. Travel agreement terms apply.
