What You’ll Do

· Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with clear, professional communication.

· Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, billing issues, and policy changes.

· Service and, when appropriate, sell personal lines P&C products, including auto, home, renters, condo, and umbrella coverage.

· Follow up on leads, renewals, and customer feedback to support retention and growth.

· Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

· Accurately enter and maintain client, policy, and interaction details in agency systems.

· Process payments and refunds securely, following proper payment-handling procedures.

· Build strong client relationships through organized, responsive, and reliable service.

o Customer service or sales experience Bilingual (Spanish)

Schedule

· Monday–Friday

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
