About the Role:
As a Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and satisfaction that Expert Home Care is known for. You’ll ensure that both patients and caregivers receive the highest level of attention and support while keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage patient and caregiver schedules
• Ensure patient and caregiver satisfaction at every step
• Handle pre-billing, pre-conflicts, and case management efficiently
• Maintain compliance and strong communication with all departments
• Help retain patients by providing exceptional follow-up and service
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience as a Home Care Coordinator (NYC experience is a must)
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
