Who We Are
Expert Home Buyers is part of the Maryland/Delaware Group, one of the most active real estate investment and acquisition operations on the Delmarva Peninsula. We buy directly from sellers, move fast, and close consistently. We've built the systems, the lead flow, and the support structure. Now we need the right people to execute.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a full-time Inside Sales Agent to join our acquisitions team in Salisbury. You'll be working seller leads daily, calling, building rapport, qualifying motivation, and moving deals to signed contracts. This is a phone and in-person role. You are not doing admin work. You are having real conversations with real sellers and moving them toward a decision.
No real estate experience needed. If you've closed over the phone before, we can teach you the rest. You'll get your Maryland real estate license as part of your onboarding.
One thing that sets us apart: once you're through your ramp period, you won't just be working the phones. You'll have an appointment setter booking in-home seller appointments for you. That means sitting across from motivated sellers in their living rooms, not just grinding cold calls indefinitely. That's a different level of closing, and we're building a team that can do it.
What the Job Looks Like Day to Day
- Work inbound and outbound seller leads via phone through our CRM
- Follow a proven call process to qualify motivation and move toward an offer
- Negotiate terms and guide sellers to a decision
- Hit weekly activity targets: dials, contacts, appointments set, contracts signed
- Show up to daily in-office morning meetings. This is where the team syncs and the day gets set
- Work alongside a senior agent during your first 120 days to learn the process
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with real phone sales experience, not just customer service. Actual closing
- Comfortable making 50 to 100 calls a day and staying consistent when it's slow
- Able to build trust quickly on a call without sounding like you're reading a script
- Wants to earn based on what they produce, not what the clock says
- Ready to get your real estate license and treat this as a career, not a side gig
- Available to be in our Salisbury office daily. This is not a remote position
Compensation and Structure
- 1099 independent contractor
- Performance-gated stipend program during your first 120 days
- Per-deal compensation that grows as you ramp to full production
- Realistic path to $8,000 to $10,000 per month once you're up to speed
- Full comp breakdown covered at the group interview
