Essential Accountabilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and direct inquiries as required.
- Dispatch HVAC technicians.
- Schedule and maintain calendar.
- Communicate services to be provided to customer.
- Assist with invoicing and purchase orders.
- Scheduling for service and maintenance appointments.
Experience desired:
- Minimum of 3 years of previous dispatching and routing experience in an HVAC preferred.
- Associate degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Former experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
- Former experience purchasing HVAC equipment is a plus, not required.
