Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto glass installation. Experience is not required. Pay starts at $20hr depending on experience.
Hours are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Somedays may require working late.
Duties
- Perform installation of auto glass and other automotive components with precision and care.
- Assemble parts and systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding installations.
Requirements
- Experience in auto glass installation is preferred.
- Willing to travel to all of our locations. ( Columbia, Jefferson City, and Mexico)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
