The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage accounting and financial operations across our multiple business entities. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse financial functions including accounts payable and receivable management, credit card administration, sales tax compliance, and comprehensive monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage vendor and customer invoices through SAP (AP/AR)
- Execute credit card and expense report reconciliations
- Prepare and file sales tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports covering sales, inventory, and financial performance
- Support month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Maintain data integrity in SAP systems including vendor/customer records, item setup, and purchase order tracking
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue invoices
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience, including 2 years in an accounting/financial associate role
- Proficiency with SAP Business One or other ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or similar)
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with speed, accuracy, and reliable follow-through
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
