Duties
- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic work.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed to prevent infection.
- Take high-quality dental X-rays and operate imaging equipment such as 3D scanners to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Manage patient records using EMR systems like Dentrix or Epic, ensuring all medical documentation complies with HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient comfort before, during, and after procedures to promote a positive experience.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls as a dental receptionist, and managing medical records efficiently.
- Maintain infection control standards through proper sterilization protocols and knowledge of anatomy to assist with precise procedures.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
