You will be assisting the store managers in maintaining inventory, answering phones, and environment cleanliness. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and professional assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate service bookings with precision
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer records, invoices, and confidential documents
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks
- Assist with client communication via email or phone, ensuring clear and professional interactions
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence while safeguarding sensitive information with discretion
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly yet professional demeanor
