- Leading the end-to-end process of commission payables while tracking and managing all international commission orders.
- Ensuring compliance with Emerson’s commission guidelines.
- Serving as a Finance resource for ERP navigation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Processing employee expense reports to ensure compliance, accuracy and timely payments.
- Processing and recording expenses with accurate account and department coding.
- Supporting month-end close activities related to commissions and financial operations.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements.
- Providing documentation and support for audits.

Required Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience utilizing business financial software or accounting system.
- One or more years of finance and/or accounting experience (which may include Internships).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, interpret data and conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate business initiatives and optimize outcomes.
- Ability to utilize an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to effectively manage and streamline core business operations processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook email, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a business system.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule for first 6 months in office Monday through Friday for training then after 6 months will adjust to flexible work schedule in office two days per week with core hours 9am-4pm.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and communicate financial information to non-financial managers.
- Ability to participate collaboratively in projects.
- Demonstrated track record of success with analytical and critical thinking.
- An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

- Prior experience utilizing IFS (Industrial & Financial Systems) software.
