- Develop engaging and effective training materials, including simulations, walkthroughs, job aids, and quick reference guides for new and existing CCaaS platforms.
- Translate complex platform functionalities into clear, user-friendly training content tailored for contact center environments.
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate and refine training materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Support large-scale technology rollouts by conducting needs analysis and designing comprehensive curricula.
- Support rapid updates and modifications to training content in response to platform changes and user feedback.
- Experience developing training programs for contact center environments, including simulations and guided workflows.
- Strong instructional design skills and experience creating job aids and quick reference guides.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into easy-to-understand, actionable steps.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations, including curriculum planning and needs analysis.
