Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Columbus, OH

What’s the Job?
- Partner with product managers to define problems, explore solution spaces, and translate complex scientific concepts into clear, user-centered designs.
- Own the full design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and production-ready handoff.
- Create multiple design directions for complex workflows, balancing innovation with usability and simplicity.
- Conduct or initiate user research and incorporate insights into design decisions that improve usability and outcomes.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX design tools, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and validating design concepts in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens; Storybook experience is a plus.
- Ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, research, and design-to-code processes.
