What's the Job?
- Enter, track, and close employee move-related work orders in the work order management system
- Coordinate and schedule contract labor such as movers and furniture installers to support daily move activities
- Serve as a point of contact for move-related requests, providing clear communication and status updates to employees and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update the occupancy and space management database to ensure accurate headcount and seating information
- Support move planning for small- to medium-scale employee relocations across multiple buildings
- Proficient in using space planning & design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for effective space utilization
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects
- Clear communication and presentation skills to articulate planning concepts and proposals
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, ADA requirements, and occupational standards
