- Design and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to monitor system performance and reliability.
- Build and improve processes to enhance system stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support greenfield and transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain critical user journeys (CUJs) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize error budgets, blameless post-mortems, and role-playing scenarios to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with SLI/SLO design and implementation.
- Ability to code in any programming language, with a background in development or DevOps preferred.
- Strong understanding of site reliability fundamentals and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident storytelling ability to address business stakeholders.
- Experience with offshore support, such as Shannon - Offshore support, is a plus.
