- Lead collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing business processes.
- Design and implement new business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform analysis and system configuration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Platform Analysis and System Configuration (P4 level).
- Proven experience in leading business process analysis and redesign.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be local to the DC Metro Area and willing to work onsite 100%.
