What's the Job?
- Assist callers with registration, password resets, and troubleshooting for the Telephonic Timesheet System and website
- Guide users through timesheet submission, claims processing, and direct deposit setup or changes
- Respond to general inquiries regarding timesheets, payments, and system usage
- Utilize multiple tools and systems including Outlook and Windows to provide efficient support
- Multitask effectively by managing multiple monitors and handling calls simultaneously
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in Windows environments
- Experience with multitasking and managing multiple systems concurrently
