Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research sessions to understand workflows, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and design direction.
- Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across multiple user touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Create journey maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure product consistency.
- Plan and execute usability testing, gathering feedback to iterate and improve solutions.
- Support stakeholder engagement and promote UX best practices across teams.
- Manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mid- to senior-level experience in UX design, product design, or service design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes (basic skills required; advanced skills preferred).
- Service design experience.
- Experience facilitating outcome-driven workshops.
- Experience developing design systems or UX guidelines.
- Experience working in complex enterprise or internal-product environments.
