- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, enterprise-grade digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into user-centric designs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to promote consistency across multiple products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Mentor junior designers, providing leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative design environment.
- Senior-level UI/UX design experience, preferably within enterprise or complex systems environments.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern design practices.
- Experience designing responsive, cross-platform applications with a mobile-first approach.
