What's the Job?
- Support the delivery of innovation initiatives and maintain the accuracy of our innovation portfolio data.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Track progress, manage data across systems, and support reporting and governance activities.
- Assist in standardizing data formats, naming conventions, and templates to improve data consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and provide leadership visibility.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of experience in project or program management and/or product development within a consumer packaged goods environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
