Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer

What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for executive audiences, both internal and external.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, intuitive visualizations and storytelling dashboards.
- Migrate and rewrite existing reports into modern, interactive Power BI dashboards, improving usability and insight delivery.
- Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or related field.
- At least 12 years of hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Demonstrated expertise in building executive-friendly financial dashboards with strong UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in migrating and rewriting existing reports into modern dashboards is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and performance optimization.
