- Partner with business teams to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by translating identity, access, and authentication capabilities into practical, business-friendly solutions
- Support application onboarding, migrations, and user transitions to ensure a seamless, low-friction experience before and after deployment
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IAM issues, leading triage, prioritization, and coordination across teams
- Gather, synthesize, and translate user feedback and access pain points into actionable insights for IAM product and engineering teams
- Influence IAM product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact and user feedback
- 7 years of information security analysis experience, with a focus on identity and access management
- Hands-on experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives in cloud and hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including least privilege and zero trust models
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, cross-system IAM issues under pressure
