Job Title:Senior Developer – IBM z/OS Connect

What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using IBM z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition (EE).
- Expose mainframe assets such as CICS, IMS, COBOL, and DB2 as reusable services.
- Create and maintain API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI standards.
- Develop and support COBOL programs and interface logic to enable API exposure.
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability of mainframe APIs through best practices and troubleshooting.
- 7 years of experience in z/OS mainframe development, including COBOL, JCL, and z/OS utilities.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, JSON data formats, and API lifecycle management.
- Experience with CICS, IMS, DB2, and mainframe security principles such as RACF and TLS/SSL.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams.
