What's the Job?
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex database solutions using new technologies.
- Manage multiple projects, including SQL 2016 migrations to SQL 2022, and support core business functions such as DMTEA and GIS.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and proactively maintain system stability across high-tier environments.
- Support SQL BAU activities and provide on-call support during after-hours as needed.
- Lead technical knowledge sharing and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
- 10 years of experience in SQL Server Administration, including AlwaysOn performance tuning.
- Prior experience with Bank of America (BoA) systems is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Query Store, and Linux knowledge.
- Experience with other RDBMS such as TigerGraph, Redis, or CockroachDB is a plus.
- Excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
