What's the Job?
- Lead full life cycle corporate recruiting, from intake strategy through job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
- Own requisitions across Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations), Engineering/Product, and G&A functions (Finance, Legal, HR), plus select internal corporate roles.
- Develop and execute regional hiring strategies across the Americas with a focus on compliance, market norms, and strong talent pipeline coverage across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
- Partner closely with executive hiring managers as a trusted advisor—providing market intelligence, pipeline transparency, and practical talent acquisition guidance.
- Maintain a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience that reflects the organization’s brand and values while ensuring accurate ATS tracking and recruitment metrics.
- 7-10 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience, ideally in-house within a software, SaaS, or tech organization.
- Proven GTM hiring expertise, including roles such as Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Cross-functional recruiting experience spanning Engineering/Technical and G&A functions.
- Demonstrated ability to source and hire across the Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America), including experience aligning with regional teams and leadership.
- Advanced outbound sourcing capability using tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern outbound candidate engagement; strong ATS data hygiene experience (e.g., Greenhouse or Lever).

- Work in a 100% remote role with an Eastern Time Zone commitment to support regional hiring needs.
