Our client is seeking a Replenishment Buyer to join their team. As a Replenishment Buyer, you will be part of the Merchandising Department supporting the Replenishment and Category Management teams. Job Title: Replenishment Buyer

What's the Job?
- Manage inventory replenishment activities to maintain optimal inventory levels, service levels, and in-stock targets.
- Analyze warehouse inventory, open orders, and historical demand data to determine daily purchasing requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding inventory strategies, out-of-stock issues, and new item launches.
- Monitor inventory performance, track inventory turns, and perform root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues.
- Support product lifecycle activities, including item resets, substitutions, aged inventory management, and inventory exception reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate inventory trends, purchasing requirements, and operational data.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve inventory and service level objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and inventory/order management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
