Job Title: Records and Document Management Analyst
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Pay Range: $55-$60 per hour
What's the Job?
- Support strategic projects related to Records and Document Management.
- Identify records in group file share sites and migrate these to archival systems such as Documentum or FileNet
- Execute controls supporting inventories of onsite records and transition to electronic formats
- Analyze datasets and create comprehensive project and program summaries
- Assist with monthly reporting and data analysis to support project goals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Leadership, or Project Management
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLookups, data manipulation, and data extraction
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing User Stories, Test Cases, and Test Scripts, and familiarity with Jira
- Background in records management and familiarity with document archival systems such as Documentum and FileNet
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
