Quality Lab Associate

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting critical testing and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct biological, chemical, and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products and medical devices throughout all manufacturing stages.
• Utilize sophisticated laboratory instrumentation and computer systems to collect, analyze, and record data accurately.
• Perform advanced assays requiring precise analytical skills and a solid understanding of biology and chemistry principles.
• Ensure all testing is completed in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in laboratory and manufacturing audits, update SOPs, and perform equipment maintenance and calibrations as needed.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biological Science, or related field with coursework in Analytical Chemistry or Laboratory techniques.
• 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail, high reading comprehension, and effective communication skills.
