- Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop, execute, and monitor CAPA plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of quality issues, CAPA activities, and project progress.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality engineering within the medical device industry.
- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering education background.
- Proven expertise in CAPA processes and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO and FDA.
- Excellent project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
